Raymond Caillé
All along his career, Raymond has worked in the telecom industry in different executive positions, including those in the marketing, implementations, and development areas. Raymond has several years' experience as coordinator of the VOX Europe operations from their Paris-based office. He now manages the French-speaking markets for Tele-efficiency.


Michel Dionne
Michel is the president of Tele-efficiency. He is also the director of the Sales-Marketing Master Certificate Program of Laval University in Quebec. Michel graduated from l'Ecole des HEC de Montreal. For 15 years, Michel was the CEO of a telecom development company, managing its European and Latin American subsidiaries, as well.

Victor Pelaez
A graduate in Economics, Victor spent his whole career mainly in the computer industry. For 10 years, Victor managed VOX de Mexico and then founded Infinitum Consulting, a distribution company specializing in Enterprise Software applications. He now manages the Spanish-speaking markets for Tele-efficiency.
