Since the beginning of a meeting you might see the list of attendees under the tab Attendees. By clicking on a name, you may see the Profile in the lower part of the screen.

Potential Host |
The attendees might attend a meeting on two different ways, with a navigator or using the Conferenceware software, as potential host. The main host may know if an attendee is a potential host. A potential host has to Select the meeting to which the person wants to attend with the mousse’s right button and choose Attend meeting.
