Our systems are hosted in a "bunker" constantly
supervised by technicians. The data is backed-up on a daily

base that registers the users' questions and the answers
they received; second, we offer technical

Satisfaction Surveys
We care about our customer's satisfaction not only regarding
our product but also regarding our relationship with personnel.
Therefore, we conduct a series of brief satisfaction surveys:
60 days after the installation, after each assistance request,
and, finally, yearly.

Our business practices are well documented following clear
processes and detailed procedures according to the ISO-9001norm.
Also, quarterly, we realize a management review to prevent
anomalies and to optimize our processes. Finally, each year,
an internal audit is conducted to be sure that our processes
