Remote Support

In order to assist you, we must see what is happening in your computer. To do so, we ask you to download our remote support software, by clicking here, and then to execute it. It will be you who connects with us, prividing us a password. Once the connection establishes, we will share your screen, your mouse and keyboard. At any moment, by pressing Stop, you might end the connection. Finally, by closing the software, ot quits the memoty of your computer, and no trace are kept on both side.
